African dependency syndrome as I like to refer to it, is the idea of most populations in Africa of sitting in a devastating situation expecting outsiders to stample on them one day and have sympathy on their status and helplessness and rescue them fro the epidemic, and they are many in Africa!
Why cant we rise up and invent? why cant we think? think Africans think! do something today about that limitation you face, start the movement here, lets discuss!
